The spacious room with a balcony was a real treat. though the swimming pool was out of order.

Simply nothing too much trouble, very comfortable stay. Units with balcony.

Pleasant and exceptionally clean hotel, the staff is affable and attentive. The rooms are exceptional and cool with a balcony and comfortable king size bed plus great facilities. The location is unbeatable, 1 km from Wisla Krakow Stadium. They have a good choice of meals to choose from, the food is TASTY.

What a good and stunning location with a nice green field on one side! Based not far from the main centre and the restaurant. Extremely comfy bed, modern style bathroom and WiFi and it's own balcony in the room. The breakfast was savoury and abundant, the staff were smart.

Check-in experience could use more efficiency!!! Pool access procedures need major improvement!!! No communication regarding overcrowding issues should be addressed!!! Room amenities like cutlery felt inadequate for adults!!!

The spa is so small, you'd think everyone would get a chance to relax, but no, it's always packed. Absolutely loved the breakfast but would have loved it more if the staff showed a hint of warmth, instead of treating me like just another face. Nearly gave 5 stars, but just couldn't.

Great free Wi-Fi and a nice bar lounge. Luggage storage needed more organization.

The hotel is close to the national museum, a must-see for art lovers, and my favorite stroll was just a few steps away, leading me to the picturesque main square, making my weekend explorations enjoyable.

Oh, the breakfast spread was a culinary dream-just about every delicacy you could imagine! And don't sleep on the dinner menu. That roast beef was a hit, even if it came as a steak. Plus, the sleek design of the whole hotel really set the vibe right!

The views from my room overlooking the lush Blonia Park were amazing, perfect for sipping coffee on the balcony! Each morning began with a good breakfast that boasted a variety of fresh and hearty options, including made-to-order omelets that were beyond delicious. The indoor pool and wellness area offered a cozy escape after a day of exploring, with the sauna being an absolute highlight of relaxation.
